CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • European Union (EU) Orders: We are pleased to offer final-price transparency for our EU customers. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you will pay, ensuring there are no additional customs duties or tax-related charges due upon delivery. We manage all mandatory EU customs requirements—including the flat-rate customs duty—on your behalf at the time of purchase.

    Please note: While we ensure your order is fully cleared for delivery, local customs authorities or postal carriers in certain countries may occasionally apply a minor, incidental handling or processing fee for administrative services. These rare charges are outside of our control and are not related to customs duties.

  • International Orders (Outside the EU): For all shipments to destinations outside of the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Switzerland): Any import duties, customs fees, or government-imposed tariffs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the local courier or customs authority upon delivery. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.

MISSED DELIVERIES & WRONG ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are 100% correct at checkout. Because our production and fulfillment system is fully automated, we cannot change delivery details once an item enters the production stage. If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address or a missed courier delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
