POLICY SUMMARY

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under your statutory rights.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.

 

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE OR WITHDRAW

  • Right of Withdrawal: Please notify us within the 14-day window at contact@lord-official.com with your order number. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lord-official.com with your original order reference and clear photos or a video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Note: Please do not ship items back to us unless explicitly instructed by our support team, as we do not maintain a retail warehouse for returns. We will provide our full return address and return instructions if your request is approved.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & CUSTOMS FOR RETURNS

  • Right of Withdrawal: If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us. This includes all return shipping fees, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit or for any charges incurred due to improper customs documentation.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

 

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs duties, or if it remains unclaimed by the customer, the actual outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any potential refund. If we do not receive a response within 14 days of initial contact regarding an unclaimed package, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. Because our production is automated, we cannot cancel orders once they have entered the final production stage. If your order has already entered production or shipped, you may exercise your Right of Withdrawal once you have received the item, according to our Return Policy.

 

PROCESSING & RESOLUTION

  • Verification: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the status.
  • Resolution: If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Your Refund: Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, we will process your refund within 14 days. We reserve the right to withhold your reimbursement until we have physically received the returned items at our designated return address. Once we have confirmed receipt and inspected the item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.
